Welcome to the Bitplane Registration Centre

You must register with your name and email address to attend WebEx events. You should register at least one hour prior to the start of your meeting. Audio is best handled by dialling in to the conference call number Bitplane provides. Internet audio is usually available as well but the quality is inconsistent.

• To overview the scheduled Bitplane meetings and register for a meeting open the Bitplane Meeting Center: Click on http://bitplane.webex.com/

• Select and Register for a Meeting: On the tab Meeting Center click on Attend a Meeting and Browse Meetings in the navigation bar. Select the meeting and scroll to the right to see the registration link of the seminar. Click on this link and complete the registration form (sessions are often repeated; so pick the most convenient time).

• Receive Confirmation: At least 30 min before the scheduled meeting you receive a confirmation email from Bitplane confirming the date, time, and topic of your WebEx training seminar. The email will also contain a link to Bitplane’s WebEx conferencing page.

• Attend Event: A few minutes (5-15 min) prior to the start time, click on the link in your confirmation email OR go to http://bitplane.webex.com, find the meeting listing, and click "Join Now." If you are not registered, you will be prompted to do so.

• Manage Meeting Activities: Once you are on the Bitplane WebEx site, you can manage all of your meeting activities.

1. Plug-in Installation: Click "Set Up > Meeting Manager" in the left-side navigation to install the WebEx plug-in.

2. Local Time Zone: To see meetings displayed in your local time zone click on the link in the upper right that says "All meeting times in: [time zone]". Set the time zone to match your local time (cookies must be enabled).
